Returns/Exchanges
**Please Note**
- All sales of Jewelry and items marked as FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds unless in a rare instance, you have received a damaged item, so please make your sections carefully. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Jewelry, and FINAL SALE items unless it has been received damaged) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 15 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
- We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
- For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned undamaged.

Please Note: Efforts have been made to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our site. Please keep in mind monitors will also play an effect of the colors you see, if you have any questions about the colors, please feel free to Contact Us.
We are confident in the quality of our products, therefore, we provide 15 days “No Questions Asked” money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below to obtain refund:
1. Contact us to obtain an Authorization Number and ship to address. No return or exchange will be accepted unless you provide your Authorization Number with your package.
2. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and with all original hangtags and labels intact. No return or exchange will be accepted if item or packaging is distressed or otherwise damaged.
Please note that USPS is the only carrier who delivers to PO boxes. If you use UPS or other carrier, your package will be returned to you.
3. Your return should be dated no later than 15 days from receipt of arrival. NO exceptions.
4. Make sure you use tracking service, as PopArtGlamour.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We suggest that you use USPS, as other carriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
5. Your return will be processed within 21 business days from receiving it. You will see the refund on the credit/debit card, or Paypal account you originally paid with. It may take as long as one billing cycle until refund appears on your billing statement. Orders placed with check or money order are eligible for exchange only.
6. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
7. Each return is subject to 10% re-stocking fee.
8. You are responsible for any postal fees associated with the return.

8. We will re-ship free of charge the first time you exchange. If you are exchanging for second or third time, make sure you include a check/money order with associated shipping amount as per our Shipping rates. We will hold orders submitted without such payment until we hear from you.
9. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item from what you are returning, make sure you include a check/money order for the difference. We will hold orders submitted without such payment until we hear from you.
10. Free exchanges not applicable for international exchange orders. Make sure you include payment for re-shipping as per your original order.
