1. Do you accept phone orders?
At this current time, we do not accept phone orders. We have created a simple and easy online shopping portal for our customers to get the most out of their PopArtGlamour.com shopping experience. If you need help or have questions regarding any products, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
2. How can I check on my order?
48-72hrs after you submit your order, you will receive an email containing your package tracking information. This tracking information will tell you where your package is and when it will arrive.
3. Can I order from outside the United States?
At this time, PopArt Glamour only accepts order from within the United States. In the future, we plan on expanding internationally.
PopArt Glamour ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
4. Can I modify or adjust my order?
If you would like to modify or adjust your order, please contact us within 24hrs after you submitted your order and we can help you correct your order. After 24hrs and once your order has shipped, you cannot modify or adjust your order. Once you receive your order, if you are unhappy with the item, we can either process a refund or an exchange for you. Please read the returns/exchanges policy.
